Goal
A layout game — empty your hand first by building each suit up and down from its 7. The rest rank by how many cards they're left holding.
The deal
All 52 cards dealt to 4 players (13 each). Whoever holds the 7♦ opens by playing it.
Legal plays
On your turn play one legal card: a 7 (which opens that suit), or the next card up from a suit's high end (toward the Ace) or down from its low end (toward the 2). The bright cards in your hand are the legal ones.
Passing
No legal card? You pass — but you must play if you can. Holding back a 7 can jam a whole suit for everyone.
Winning
First to shed every card wins. Get stuck with a fistful and you finish last.
